I’m 5’3″ and this dress comes about 4 inches above my ankles. I love just about everything about how this dress fits. I only wish that the bottom was a little more fitted because it’s a little “baggy” towards the bottom. Like another reviewer wrote, I will end up hemming the back of the dress to make it a little more form fitting at the bottom. I believe it only fits this way on me because I’m shorter.

I’m 5’9 and 135ish lbs. I’m kind of a shmedium and should have sized down to a small for this dress. This fell mid calf on me and the sleeves reached all the way to my wrists. The body fit fine, but the fit around my legs was quite loose. I ended up sewing up the back seam and removing around 6″ of fabric leading up to the seat and the silhouette was much better like that and it shortened the hemline just a touch. The stretch is nice. The dress is warm as it’s doubled up in the front where it’s wrapped. I recommend and doubly recommend if you have a sewing machine.

This dress was so pretty! It’s more of a dark Christmas green, and it’s really thick velvet so it’s perfect for winter.

As a taller woman with larger arms, I love this dress. The material is very stretchy and soft so it allowed my arms to feel comfortable. The ruching on the bodice helps to hide the little bit of baby weight im still trying to get off. The color is beautiful and I’m sure I will get many compliments on it. Buy it you won’t regret it.

This was perfect for a wedding early Oct in Traverse City MI. I love to dance and hate anything too tight- this dress allowed to get my moves on and eat all the cake I wanted while keeping me at the right temp (wedding was outdoors). I got a ton of compliments and I was able to wear just one of my regular bras and didn’t need special underwear. I will say the original dress I got had a hole in the back but, the exchange process for the new one wasnt hard and I didnt see any defects (this though is why I rated it a 4 instead of a 5).

This dress is amazing! If you are looking at this dress buy it, it hugs your body just right and gives you an amazing silhouette. You won’t regret this. This dress has some stretch but lacks stretch in the arms.

This dress fits so beautifully. I normally wear a large to extra large. I purchased a large and it was prefect. I looked amazing. Got compliments all night long. The dress kept me comfortable in 45-60 degree weather. A couple kept hitting on me and asking me to go home with them. Unfortunately, my husband was not a fan of the other womens husband following me everywhere I went and it nearly ended in a fight.
In summary, if your thinking about getting it. GET IT. A smart investment in your winter dress collection.
