Loved this dress. I need it in more colors. Really happy with this. Wasnt too short or too long, the slit was perfect. Not too thick but could easily wear shorts or shirt underneath for colder temps.

It doesn’t stretch much, but does fit to size. It accentuates your curves just right. It’s a bit on the thin side, so if you plan to use it for an outdoor event during cold weather (like me) try to layer with pantyhose and/or maybe a deep V thermal tank. Over all loved it!

I purchased this dress for an anniversary dinner, and while it did not arrive in time (my fault, not Amazon’s fault), it is a lovely dress. The velvet is a nice quality, it’s flattering, and just risqué enough without being inappropriate. The bust area isn’t double lined, if you’re planning on wearing without a bra, but the coverage is good enough that you could wear a bra with no issues.
This dress does run large due to the stretch. I usually have to size up to a large (for the boobs), but because of the reviews, I sized down, and it was the right call, because it fit like a glove.
The only issue is that I tried it on for my husband, and he said I look like Fiona from Shrek, and that was definitely far from my intention. Shrek is great and all, but the correlation kind of…swamped…my enthusiasm for the fit.
On the bright side, I have a Halloween costume now. Anyways, it’s cute. Just be cautious when buying the green dress if anyone who will see you has ever seen Shrek. Maybe stay away from the highest towers of castles in this one.

I’m 5’2 137 6/medium and ordered medium. I wore this for a fall wedding. It looks nice, was comfortable, but it dyed by nude underwear and bra magenta, which did not wash out! Be careful wear you sit with this. The sleeves and chest are a bit baggy and the material is cheap. This was a one time wear.

Super comfortable! I thought the material was going to look super cheap because of the price but it looks very nice! Super flattering! It does kind of bunch up a little around the mid section but not terribly. I’m 5’4” like 135 and the length was perfect. I don’t think the slit will be a problem for me but taller people it might. I can’t wait to wear this to a wedding next month 🙂

The length is longer than expected. We bought 2 versions 1 long 1 short. This one is the “short” one and just as long. The color is alos brighter than expected

The dress is flattering and sexy but why does everything on Amazon have wide hips? I am a size 2 and purchased a small. You can’t tell by a picture but the hips are about 2 inches wider then they should be for this size. I always have this problem with fitted dresses on Amazon. Never have tried on a dress anywhere else that fits like that.

Really flattering dress. I did have to safety pin the leg slit and v-neck because they open a little too much on their own for a busty, short girl. I’m sure if you were a little less chesty the v-neck wouldn’t be a problem. I’ll likely buy another in a different color.
